活动后，园长张正芳带领全园教师展开研讨，从“教育活动目标、重难点的把握”、“教学过程儿童为本理念的体现”、“有效的师幼互动策略运用”三方面来总结此次的展示汇报情况，让老师们更清晰地知道教学活动的设计和实施的方法，老师们也在研讨中收获成长。
